DNBE - Terms and Conditions

1. For Stall Holders

1.1. Application & Payment
• Your stall reservation is only secured once we receive a completed application form and full payment.
• All fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.2. Who May Exhibit
Stalls are strictly reserved for businesses that are:

Offering franchises of well-established, National or International brands

Manufacturers including national and international

Seeking new distribution or export partners for their Pakistani or foreign products

Providing services or solutions that bolster the performance and growth

1.3. Excluded Sectors
The following will not be permitted to book stalls (including, but not limited to):
• Riba/Interest-based financial products
• Gambling, Forex, Crypto, Ponzi and pyramid Schemes
• Forex trading, gambling, cryptocurrency ventures, pyramid schemes, MLMs, “invest-and-do-nothing” offers

1.4. Pre-Booking Clarifications
If you’re unsure whether your business qualifies, please reach out before submitting your booking to confirm eligibility.

1.5. Right to Decline
DNBE organizers reserve the right to refuse any stall application at their sole discretion.

1.6. Stall Details
Exact dimensions and specifications of your allocated space will be communicated well in advance to aid your planning.

1.7. No Subletting or Sharing
You may not sublease or share your stall space without explicit, written permission from the organizers.

1.8. Maintenance of Appearance
Exhibitors must keep their areas tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing throughout the expo.

1.9. No Disruptive Behavior
Loud audio, strobe lighting, or any other disturbance to neighboring exhibitors or attendees is prohibited without prior approval.

1.10. Promotion Within Stall Boundaries
All marketing—brochures, standees, samples, etc.—must remain inside your assigned stall. Placing materials in aisles or common areas is not allowed.

1.11. Reallocation of Stall Space
If unforeseen circumstances force us to move your stall, we’ll strive to offer you an equivalent (or better) location. Should the replacement not meet your needs, you may request a full refund.

1.12. Layout Changes
Organizers may modify the floor plan or shift stall allocations at any time, without prior notice.

1.13. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the case of force majeure (natural disaster, regulatory restrictions, instability, etc.), you will be informed promptly. We will attempt to reschedule; if that’s impractical, you may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

1.14. Venue Care & Liability
Exhibitors must not damage any part of the venue (walls, floors, fixtures, equipment, stall shells). Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage will be charged in full to the responsible exhibitor.

1.15. Amendments to Terms
DNBE organizers retain the right to update these terms at any time, providing reasonable notice to all stall holders.

1.16. Indemnity
By participating in DNBE, you agree to hold the organizers and their representatives harmless against any claims or damages—whether intentional or accidental—arising from your involvement in the event.

2. For Sponsors

2.1. Agreement & Payment
Sponsorship is confirmed only once we receive a signed agreement and full payment. All sponsorship fees are final and non-refundable.

2.2. Branding & Conduct
Your logo and brand assets will be displayed per your chosen package. Sponsors must maintain professional conduct and uphold the expo’s reputation at all times.

2.3. Promotional Guidelines
Promotional activities are restricted to your designated sponsorship area. Any external promotions require prior written approval.

2.4. Compliance
Sponsors must adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by DNBE organizers. Breach of these terms may result in loss of sponsorship privileges and fees.

2.5. Cancellation or Postponement
If DNBE is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes), sponsors will be notified promptly. We will endeavor to reschedule; if that isn’t possible, sponsors may opt for alternative future opportunities or receive a partial refund at our discretion.

2.6. Updates to Terms
The organizers may revise these sponsorship terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to all sponsors.

3. Refund Policy for Stall Reservations

• Cancellation ≥ 1 month before event: 50% refund

• Cancellation > 15 days before event (if more than 15 days remaining): 25% refund (75% cancellation fee)

• Cancellation < 15 days before event (if less than 15 days remaining): No refund
